Karen pioneered the Aromatherapy industry in Australia, from a cottage industry into mainstream business and healthcare. She turned a practitioner-based therapy into self-care solutions for women to transform the way they nurtured their bodies and cared for their families. She has lead workshops to thousands of women in five countries. She created the Australasian College of Aromatherapy, an international college where 250 students have gained their diplomas. She created the retail concept ?Sacred Spaces? book, product range and workshops – launched Australia wide. She is founder of the FLOURISH initiative to launch initiatives for positive change around the world, head of Training and Development for the international NGO ? Rising Women Rising World and co-creator of the FEMMEQ Summit, an international summit to reinstate the deep feminine values and principles at decision making tables
